The
true strength of Mainstay’s Worker’s Compensation program is
centered on our own self-insurance, as it allows us to take full
control over the oftentimes unmanageable cost of labor. Additionally,
we are exempt from abiding to the rules of XMOD’s and Class codes.
As a completely self-insured entity we benefit from only taking the
risks that we can manage. Our contributions are therefore based
solely on the amount we believe it will cost to handle our claims.
